. Listen to this blog >>> https://vocaroo.com/i/s18Rs462pOF3 . After many years of personal development and self-evaluation, we might find ourselves never truly feeling as though we fit in, especially when it comes to those groups or environments that witnessed who we used to be but have a hard time seeing us for what we currently are. This shows up in people neglecting to see our growth, ignoring what we have to offer, down-playing our personal changes, treating us as if there is always something that we’re not doing right, treating us as if there is always something to change about the way we see the world and/or gossiping or rehashing stories about us that match our former narrative.

When confronted with these types of reactions and behaviors, the automatic response many have is to do their best to become beyond judgement, but the reality is, there is no such thing. If people want to find a way to judge you negatively, they will. Its as simple as that. . Once we decide to stop entertaining the judgment and work consistently on becoming our authentic selves, our desire to please these old groups and environments tends to fade. This is a good thing. It feels strange to be in between tribes but the more we embrace the solitude that comes along with this, the sooner we open the space that allows our next tribe to find us. Those people that are attracted to who we are and where we’re headed as opposed to who we used to be. . Your tribe is accepting of your life choices, they give you the benefit of the doubt, they don’t rely on you to make them feel good about themselves and they respect your mindset; happy to meet you where you are. And you do the same for them. Your tribe doesn’t wag their finger at you, but instead are simply grateful to know you and that you are happy and whole. They understand that the rest is just the details and details shift from one moment to the next, but should never define the relationship. . I hope your tribe finds you… .
