Since our website is also dedicated to a socially conscious cause we have decided not to do returns at this time, this way we are able to keep our prices low and provide quality second hand items. A great idea for an item that doesn't work is to donate it (pay it forward) or to gift it to a friend. Our goal is to have satisfied customers.
